Results you can measure
Lighthouse measurement (mobile, slow connection simulation) from 7 September 2026 on eight pages: home, a service, the car wash, the car wash services hub, the price list, the parking offer, the blog and this page. Two runs each, every one with the same result.
- 100 performance
- 100 accessibility
- 100 best practices
- 100 SEO
- 0 kB of JavaScript on every page
- 1.4 to 1.9 s largest contentful paint (LCP) under simulated slow 4G
- 96 HTML documents in three languages
- 19 schema.org structured data types
- 14 automatic checks after every build and 37 browser tests
What it gives the business owner
- Nothing to update. No CMS, plugins or scripts means no security patches and no breakage after an update. The site is a set of ready files on the existing hosting.
- A customer on a phone sees the offer at once. A score of 100 for performance on a slow connection, and the phone number in the header of every page.
- Google and AI assistants understand what the company does. Every service, the car wash, the price list and the FAQ are described with structured data, plus a file for language models.
- A price changes in one place. One price list file feeds the price list, subpages, texts, data for Google and the PDF; a build check blocks any amount typed by hand.
- Three languages for customers and staff. Polish, English and Ukrainian with correct alternate URLs, checked automatically for missing translations.

What exactly was built for IMS Grupa
- A static site with no JavaScript. Built once, uploaded to the client's existing hosting, served as ready HTML and CSS files. The dropdown menu, section reveals and animations run in the browser alone, without scripts, so there is nothing to update or secure.
- Three language versions. Polish, English and Ukrainian with alternate addresses for search engines and a shared text catalogue checked automatically for missing translations.
- The car wash price list as a single data file. It produces the described price list, service subpages, overview tiles, amounts in texts, the offer catalog for Google and the downloadable PDF. One price change updates everything, and a build check blocks any amount typed by hand.
- Schema.org structured data. Company, car wash with opening hours, offer catalogue, seven services, blog articles and breadcrumbs.
- The client's content organised and extended. Twenty-one subpages and 17 guides, including five new car wash service pages for the phrases people search for, two offers for people working in the centre and an FAQ with questions phrased the way they are typed into a search engine.
- Fourteen checks after every build. Accessibility, contrast, language version consistency, amounts in texts, sitemap, HTML weight, breadcrumbs, PDF price list consistency with the data, 37 Playwright tests with screenshots at three screen widths and eight Lighthouse measurements.
What the previous site did not have
- English and Ukrainian versions with correct alternate addresses; the old site was Polish only.
- A menu with two panels, cleaning services and car wash, each with its list of pages and the contact for that line; works from the keyboard and without scripts.
- The price list as a list of described items with prices for three car classes right on the page, plus a tile overview of car wash services; previously only a downloadable PDF.
- Car wash questions and answers with FAQPage structured data, so Google and AI assistants can quote the hours, prices and booking method.
- A preview image for every page when shared in messengers and social media.
- Contact split into office and car wash, each with its own number and scope.
- A file for language models (llms.txt) with the full price list and both locations.
- Reading time on each of the 16 blog guides.
How the work goes
- Call and quote. Thirty minutes on what the site should do for the business, and a specific price instead of a range.
- Design and build. A written design system, content, language versions, structured data; progress visible at a test address as it happens.
- Launch and support. Go-live on the client's hosting, a Lighthouse measurement, the sitemap in Google Search Console, care after launch.
ITEON, Leszek Szpunar
I have been building websites and systems since 2009. Earlier I worked on systems for PKO, Generali, Compensa VIG, BFG and PWPW; today I apply the same rules to projects for companies like IMS Grupa: a written design system, automatic quality checks and measurement instead of promises. Company profile: ITEON on LinkedIn, open tools: GitHub.
