Cars for washing may be brought to the car wash directly by their users, or collected from parking spaces by car wash staff by prior arrangement

once the keys have been handed over.

Once the service is complete, the car will be returned to the previously agreed spot,

and the user will be informed of this by phone.

The car keys can be collected at the car wash.

The car or keys must be collected from the car wash no later than the end of the car wash's opening hours on the same day.

A car that is not collected during the car wash's opening hours will be parked in a designated spot in the garage (where one is available) or left in the public car park in front of the Brama Zachodnia building, and the keys will be kept at the car wash until the following day.

Where possible, the keys will be handed to the building's security staff and can be collected on presentation of proof of vehicle ownership.

The car wash is operated by IMS Grupa, the car wash operator.

The car wash operator bears full responsibility for the quality of the services provided and for any damage caused through its fault, or arising from washing vehicles, bringing them to the car wash,

and returning them to the parking spot.

The car wash operator holds the appropriate insurance for this.

The car wash guarantees the full security of vehicle keys handed over for washing.

The car wash is staffed by qualified employees authorised to collect and return cars to the designated spot.

Staff hold a driving licence and have driving experience.
