Carpets are exposed to all kinds of dirt, such as dust, grime, dust mites, bacteria and other substances that can build up in the fibres. These are often the cause of allergies, skin problems, respiratory illnesses and many other conditions.

Regular carpet cleaning removes allergens and bacteria, improving indoor air quality and creating a healthier living environment. Removing dirt also helps carpets stay in good condition for many years. IMS GRUPA offers a broad range of services, delivering effective, professional work that refreshes the look and condition of your carpets.

How professional carpet cleaning works

Our specialists start by assessing the condition of the carpet, identifying the material it is made from and the type and level of soiling. This initial assessment determines the most suitable methods and cleaning products. Professional carpet cleaning always begins with thorough vacuuming to remove loose dirt, dust and other dry debris. We use specialist industrial vacuum cleaners for this, which are more effective than standard equipment.

Special products are then applied to stains or particularly dirty areas. The aim is to soften and dissolve stubborn dirt before the main cleaning process. Different methods are used for the main carpet cleaning, depending on the type of carpet and the level of soiling. The most common methods are:

Hot water extraction, which involves injecting hot water mixed with a dissolved cleaning agent under pressure, then extracting it almost immediately along with the dissolved dirt,

Shampooing: a method that produces a cleaning foam, which is then worked into the carpet and extracted.

Once cleaning is complete, our team checks every carpet carefully to make sure all stains and dirt have been removed effectively. As a result, our clients can enjoy fresh, clean, pleasant-smelling carpets that add charm and elegance to any room.
